A nice twist on the classic Hamburger Macaroni Casserole.

2 lbs Ground Beef 2 Cups Elbow Macaroni 1 large Can Diced Tomatoes 1 8oz Can Tomato Sauce 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce 8 oz. Shredded Mexican 4 Cheese Mix 1 Medium Onion, diced 2 Tbsp. Chili Powder 1 Can Mexicorn or regular corn 8 oz. Bone Suckin' Sauce |
Brown and drain ground beef. Cook macaroni according to directions on package. Drain when done. While macaroni is cooking, mix all other ingredients together except cheese. Stir and add ground beef. Stir and add macaroni. Place mixture in 3 qt. casserole dish and top with cheese. Cook uncovered in oven at 350 degreees for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and heated through. |
