Around the World Cooking - Butter Rum Crumble

This rich buttery dessert will have you coming back for seconds.

Serves 12

Ingredients Directions

2 cups flour

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 stick butter

1 cup chopped pecans

1 jar Sable and Rosenfeld Butter Rum Sauce

1 liter vanilla ice cream

Melt butter and add flour, oats, brown sugar and pecans.

Pat thin on a large cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.

Crumble while hot and drizzle 1/2 jar of Butter Rum topping over crumbs.

Place 12 scoops of ice cream over crumbs. Drizzle remaining crumbs over top.

Place in feezer until ready to serve.

Drizzle remaining 1/2 jar of sauce before serving.
