1 - 1 1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil 2 Cups Mixed Vegetables 1/2 Package Firm Tofu (about 3/4 cup) 1/2 Cup Sable and Rosenfeld Cashew Curry Sauce 1/4 Cup Chopped Toasted Cashews Salt to Taste |
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add tofu and stir fry until lightly brown. Add vegetables and Cashew Curry Sauce. Stir until tender crisp. Serve over steamed rice. Garnish with toasted cashews. |
