Around the World Cooking - Chocolate Cappuccino Pears

Ingredients Directions

4 Large Pears

2 Cups of Red Wine

1 Cup Sugar

4 Tbsp. Sable and Rosenfeld Chocolate and Capuccino Liqueur Sauce

Peel the pears, leaving the stems on. (Slice a little off the bottoms so that they can stand upright in the saucepan.)

Bring wine and sugar to a boil.

Add upright pears and simmer covered for 15 minutes or until tender.

Set aside to cool.

Place pears on plate and drizzle with heated Chocolate and Cappucino Liqueur Sauce.
