1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil

1 Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced

1 Green Bell Pepper, thinly sliced

1/2 lb. cooked shrimp

1/2 Cup Sable and Rosenfeld Kashmiri Curry Sauce

Salt to Taste

Heat oil in a large skillet. Add peppers and stir about 3 minutes.

Add shrimp and sauce. Cook until warmed through.

Serve over steamed rice.
