A wonderful side dish!

3 Cups Cooked Long Grain Rice, Chilled 1 Cup Raisins 2 Bunches Green Onions, sliced 1 Cup Bean Sprouts 1 Cup Snow Peas, sliced on the diagonal 1/2 Bottle Sable and Rosenfeld Asian Peanut Sauce 1 Head Iceberg Lettuce, shredded 1 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds, toasted |
Combine all ingredients, except for lettuce and sesame seeds; mix well. Chill for at least one hour. Place on shredded lettuce and garnish with sesame seeds. |
