3/4 Cup Bone Suckin' Seasoning Rub 1/8 Cup Hiccuppin' Hot BBQ Sauce 3 lbs New Red Potatoes 3 lbs Smoked Kielbasa 12 Ears Corn, chucked and halfed ears 4 lbs Shrimp, large peeled and cleaned 6 Quarts Water |
Bring water, Hiccuppin' Sauce and Bone Suckin' Seasoning Rub to a rolling boil. Add potatoes and cook for 15 minutes. Add kielbasa and cook for 5 more minutes. Add corn and cook another 5 minutes. Stir in shrimp and cook until shrimp are pink, about 5 minutes. Drain immediately and serve. |
