A wonderful crowd pleasing appetizer. Tangy and sweet with the creaminess of brie cheese.
1 Cup Wine Country Kitchens Vanilla Fig Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 Cup Port Wine
1/2 Cup Blueberries (frozen)
1 Brie (round)
Reduce Vanilla Fig Balsamic Vinegar with port in saucepan on low heat for 45 minutes or until desired consistency.
Add blueberries to sauce and cook another 10 minutes.
Spoon over brie and serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
